Orthorexia Nervosa, A New Disease you probably already have

Tagged:

This is from http://www.naturalnews.com a site that I have recommended many times. This time it’s news about those nice folks who have made America the laughing stock of the world by prescribing five times as much Ritalin for American children than the whole of the rest of the world uses.

The FDA is on their side of course because they are in the drug selling business. They are trying to define a drug as anything that helps in the treatment of a disease. Things like walnuts for instance.

Unsolved and Ignored Mysteries

You may have noticed from the rather jaundiced approach of some recent posts that I am getting bored with current events which are mainly tales of criminality in high places, deliberate deception of the public by the media, and official hypocrisy by those pretending to be public servants as they swill their trunks in the public trough.

So for a while at least I will focus on things that may be more important in some ways, but do not have much public exposure.

Good News; Bad News

Let’s do what the media does and check out some of the bad news first. Obviously the B.P. oil spill which is destroying the livelihood and environment of thousands of ‘small people’ as the CEO of that company called them, is high on the list. But look at http://www.wimp.com/oilspills/ and you will see the SAME headlines, the SAME excuses, the SAME failures and months of damage because of the oil spill, in the Gulf, thirty years ago.

Reply: A very wise ant guru was once asked the same question by a devotee ant and he replied, “No!” Then as the dejected devotee began to crawl away the guru called after him, “I used to, but that was in another lifetime.”
