Martin Luther had a theological disagreement with the papacy as most people know. He pointed out that the Pope was one of the richest men in the world and was building Saint Peter’s cathedral with money from the poor instead of from his own pocket.
The rich could have their sins forgiven if they paid enough in indulgences. The poor were out of luck, as usual.
Luther called his many objections to papal policy by the name of Theses, and nailed a copy of his 95 Theses to the door of the Castle Church in Wittenberg. In those days the Church door was the notice board for the community, like the bulletin board in your local supermarket.
In the days when disagreeing with the Church was often a death warrant Luther showed tremendous courage.
Because of the recently invented printing press his 95 objections went through Europe like wild fire and instigated the Reformation, aided by the Knights Templars who had become the Teutonic Knights and backed the recalcitrant priest against their mortal enemies, the Catholic Church.
Well, we have another fearless Martin Luther in the form of Ohio Congressman Kucinich, apparently the only member of the current government with integrity and courage, and incidentally without a family who can be threatened by government goons, which may be the cause of the silence of other members.
Here for the sake of those readers interested in the Theosophical motto “There is no religion higher than truth,” are the 35 theses of Kucinich, which he read into the record of Congress and is trying to force a debate about the matter among the cowards currently running the country into the ground.
I agree totally with the speaker who said this, “We congratulate him on his historic leadership, and pledge to do everything in our power to persuade Congress to adopt all 35 Articles and put George W Bush on trial before the Senate of the United States, exactly as the Founding Fathers wanted.”
Of course this is about seven years too late for the country that has been beaten into the ground by the combination of corporate money, the Pentagon black hole and the Federal Reserve. But at least someone has started the ball rolling.
A major bought and paid for traitor to her oath to defend the Constitution is of course Nancy Pelosi, who is as guilty as the other war criminals by stating that there will be no consideration of impeachment proceedings against Bush and said the idea was “off the table.”
People without TV or video games to distract them in the 16th Century actually read the 95 Theses of Martin Luther. The result was the Reformation that changed the course of human history.
It shouldn’t be too hard to get through the 35 Theses of Congressman Kucinich. They may change the course of American history if there is any integrity left among the corporate lackeys in Congress and Senate. A big IF.

Does this list make you proud to be an American who let this happen? In just about any other country in the world millions would have taken to the streets and forced their governments to take notice.
How many American newspapers had this as their headlines? Googling the matter showed no major media coverage in this country. MSN.com didn't mention it intheir news items. This list was in an Irish newspaper, the Belfast Telegraph, just as the skepticism about the 9/11 incident was in the foreign press.
The media here just went along with the official story that leaked like a sieve but gained credence by continuous repetition and disregard or persecution for any dissenting voices.
Totalitarian states always control by NOT reporting matters important to the freedom of their subjects.
The effort of Kucinich may be the last chance that the American people, totally unrepresented by the millionaires in Congress and Senate, might see justice instead of law prevail in this country, once an inspiration to the world, now the rogue nation of rogue nations.
There is no religion higher than truth, and truth we haven’t had since George W. Bush and his cronies stole the election from the people.
