The Truth about Christmas: Part 3

Today is the 21st, the Solstice, the day that begins the victory of the Light over the Darkness, the day and period when our ancestors rejoiced that the Darkness had not overcome the Light. The Real Reason for the Season. Nothing whatever to do with Jesus or Camels or Shepherds. It’s also the anniversary of the day when the Pilgrims arrived here without having to go through the humiliation that immigrants now endure. But that was in 1620. The celebration of the Light is thousands of years older than that snip of time.

It’s only one day now to the REAL reason for the season, whatever the Baptist Church notice boards say and I think it is worth doing this every year because my comments show me that every year at least a few people are clued in to the facts of the matter and the way their churches and preachers have deceived them for years.

As the Theosophical Society motto says…There is no religion higher than truth…though many have thought they were and made up a great deal of dogma for the sake of power over the ignorant.

Here is my annual update on the real reason for the season, the Winter Solstice. And this year it is on the 21st and there is a total eclipse of the Moon in the early morning visible all over the States. Last time that happened was in 1358, the year that Good King Wenceslas came to the throne.

Those people who are unemployed and on food stamps are going to face a real dilemma about what to tell their children about Santa Claus. I am sorry for them and despise the banker scum and the financial trolls who are responsible. Maybe the truth will set them free. Let’s hope so.
