In the current circumstances where so many people are sinking into depression and taking for granted that they are victims of circumstances it seemed appropriate to review and rewrite three of my articles from the distant past when the present didn’t seem to contain so many problems. Our experience of our world largely depends on our attitude, and that includes the laws of Nature that we choose to obey. That is news to many people but once known it helps a lot. Positive thinkers see the options hidden from negative thinkers, for example.

Last time I introduced the idea of checking out the basics of meditation for spiritual seekers who, unlike Sunyata, were not enlightened at birth.

We in the southern suburbs of Chicago have a newspaper dedicated to our communities. The ad that everyone here knows is…The folks up North just don’t get it.
Contemplating that word play for a moment this week reminded me of the heart- brain connection. The mind just doesn’t get it. Let’s illustrate this with a couple or three stories.
